Pétale Canapes de Rose

Ingredients:
8 tiny tomatoes from farmers' market
1 rose from next-door neighbor

When the rose loses its petals, collect them and arrange on a tray.
Top each petal with a tomato.
Serve with Champagne, turkey sandwiches, and chocolate cake.

Are you going to try a version with yellow petals and tomatoes too? Or other mix 'n' match combos?
